Project Leaders and Collaborators

Robert Panoff , the Founder and Executive Director of Shodor, is the Principal Investigator on the CI-TEAM grant from the National Science Foundation that funds Pathways to CyberInfrastructure. He leads the national Pathways to CyberInfrastructure effort.

Patricia Jacobs , a Computing Sciences Mentor at Shodor, leads the local Pathways to CyberInfrastructure effort in Durham, NC.

Cameron Seay helped design the Pathways to CyberInfrastructure collaboration with North Carolina Central University. This partnership has produced the CybAdventures explorations.

Shawn Sendlinger , a Chemistry professor at North Carolina Central University, and long-time leader of NCSI's Computational Chemistry for Chemistry Educators project, coordinates and has taught in the CybAdventures programs.

Jim Ellenson , a Chemistry professor at North Carolina Central University, has led several CybAdventures classes.

Garrett Love , a former Shodor post-doc and now a professor in the Department of Earth, Environmental, and Geospatial Sciences at North Carolina Central University, has taught in the CybAdventures program and has developed the engineering curriculum used by many other Pathways workshops.

Al Barnett , also in the Department of Earth, Environmental, and Geospatial Sciences at North Carolina Central University, has taught for the CybAdventures program.

Monte Evans , a Shodor staff member, has developed curriculum, taught, and supervised intern teaching at the Antioch and W.D. Hill programs.

Ismael Torres , a Shodor staff member, has been heavily involved in teaching and planning the Restoration Institute for Leaders and Training for Success programs.

Jonathan Stuart-Moore , a Shodor staff member, has overseen the curriculum development and teaching at the Restoration Institute for Leaders and Training for Success programs.

Lateasha Shirer taught at W.D. Hill this summer, and has single-handedly taught the fall W.D. Hill after-school program. She has also managed much of the documentation of workshops.

Thomas Maxwell taught in the Antioch program this summer, and worked to collect documentation materials.

Antwan Robinson was heavily involved in teaching the W.D. Hill and Antioch programs.

Benjamin Philbrick taught much of the summer graphics course at the Restoration Institute for Leaders.

Solomon Valentine helped to teach the Antioch program.
