Duke Talent Identification Program (TIP) selects academically gifted high school students from
around the USA and provides innovative programs to support the development of their academic
potential. Shodor collaborated with Duke TIP to provide a 2 week workshop where the students
learned and experimented and worked together for 7 hours a day, ten days in total. The
curriculum focused on modeling, it was similar to SSP but more intense. The students learned
