The vector addition applet allows you to add two vectors using one of two graphical methods, the tip to tail method, and the parallelogram method. The components of each vector are also shown.
General Information:
The blue and red arrows are the two vectors you are adding. Click and drag on the tips to change the vector.
The green arrow is the resultant vector.
The choice box at the upper right of the applet allows you to change the addition method.
The display to the right of the applet shows the components of all three vectors.
